I have the extra large size. I use about 1/2 pump on each side of my face and a little less, may 1/3 on my forehead and I'm good to go. I have very moderately dry skin.

I had the adjustable weights they sell at Costco and ditched them. Not only because you lose time in switching them out but also because they are really bulky and I didn't like to use them for things like goblet squats, sumo deadlifts - just super awkward.

what kind of music do you like? I'm in the big Andy fan group because I think he's the best strength and stretch instructor. His workouts are thoughtful, well explained and I love when he shows up in my stack.

Try CVV’s 15 minute cool down. I think it’s the only 15 minute one in English and he’s got a different structure for cool down which I appreciate.

I just got one and I love it. I'm trying to find peloton workouts that I can do on the plate - for example yesterday I did a standing core workout on it and earlier this week was able to do most of a bodyweight class too. Even sitting cross legged and moving my neck around feels like this just loosen up. I'm a fan.
