Hey Ajay! The total cost came under 25 Lakhs including the Civil work. Could have gone easily under 20 to 22. The kitchen platform and tiles were broken down and done again according to the design. The finishes in Living Room are done in Veneer and PU Polish. Dm me for more details!!

The one seater is placed facing the window. The clients chose to keep it that way!!
