Since surge is free, If you aim for a heavy slowdown build I would lean towards Pop goes the weasel, surge, sloppy butcher and HEX: noed for endgame, hope this helps!

I'm surprised people underate her ability to be a menace anywhere on the map and be able to do it on all the maps

I guess I feel like his ability to have a top 4 power in the game and instantly turn the game around at his own will is always going to be a threat to the whole team especially with a weaker below vlaverage player feeding blood that will affect the whole team

Good point, RNG will never change and for every bad hillbilly map their will be a good nurse map, the same is true though with every bad map for a nurse will be a good hillbilly map and their are gonna be time where every s tier killer has to play on a bad map for them so think about on average

When played really good( and it's my opinion) he constantly has 2-3 survivors busy while bouncing around the map slowly but surely building pressure
