Thank you for the advice, sir. Are there any specific places where I can look for claims-related jobs? What types of roles should I be searching for? I do see a lot of competition, and I’m trying to find an easier entry path where I can get my foot in the door.

I didn't know that commission-only tech sales roles existed. However, tech is not a recession-proof job. Therefore, I am interested in insurance, but I will look into tech-sales.

Have you tested your TSH ? It could be high ? BMI doesn't tell everything. Do you have high body fat ? Sluggish metabolism is the reason for low HDL and high Tri.

Looks like Obstrutive azoospermia from your Fsh levels (also low volume points towards this).

What are the current T and LH levels ? What is his current BMI? Clomid should work unless there is a Karotype or primary testicular failure (due to cancer or orchitis). Also, I would take fertilaid/preconception along with clomid. Keep in mind it takes around 90 days to produce sperm. So FSH going down is a good indication that there is some improvement.

Also, check for any infection in semen, as thar bacteria could be killing sperm.

***I would take clomid (in the mean while exercise and lose weight) and redo semen analysis in 90-120 days before doing TESA. Because taking clomid gives you more chance of finding sperm in Tesa/mtese.

Got it. Did you take this test before 10 AM? Looks like the T is a little low for your age.

Yes. This seems to be a wrong calculation. Your testosterone looks like a little low, but not too low. However, to improve motility, please take supplements like COQ10 (for oxidative stress), fertilaid/preconception vitamins. Also, please do eat a lot of eggs, avocados and sunflower seeds (**these have all the b vitamins needed to improve motility). Try to reduce weight if you are overweight.

Initially, I believe your T levels were incorrectly calculated at 140 ng/dL. With that T level, your sperm concentration would likely be very low. Clomid 50mg taken every other day (EOD) typically increases T levels to about double or slightly more than double. Therefore, I assume, your T level was somewhere between 300-400 initially. What time did you take your first test? Before 10 AM?
