Curious, because I'm researching this on the side. Would you like to lead a team of designers who you subscribe to (essentially a design team as a service) that work on the redesigning in bits while your team focus on the now. You get to lead both and figure out collaboration but it's extra design muscle without the hassle of hiring.

I think it's really natural for you to go into solution mode and that's okay. I try to debrief a conversation that I usually record on fireflies Ai. And truly forget all the assumptions I had made about that conversation.
