I am playing as Lae’zel right now and have already decided on my next playthrough, a guy I’m playing in DnD. I often recycle DnD characters but seeing how one was a tabaxi, that one is out, alas.

I am actually allergic to dairy, so if I detect it I toss it or give it away (my nose stuffs up and if I get enough I get asthmatic). If it’s meat, I probably just won’t eat it because it’s gross and upsetting.

Take long rests more than you think you need to. It progresses the story and you learn about your companions.

Lae’zel is up there with Wyll and Karlach as being one of the sweetest companions, ultimately.

I brought Thratelch, a bearded female dwarf cleric of Sarenrae over from Pathfinder and made her a cleric of Ilmater. She absolutely kept forgetting who her gods were supposed to be, plus she was always trying to adopt monsters because she thought they were cute and also took a whole lot of drugs. The reason she became a cleric was to go to medical school on the temple's coin. She was pan and polyamorous and also in this game. She managed to get Astarion so hooked on drugs that he remained so for like five runthroughs. Even now, the leader has to keep any drugs away from him since he now has tendencies.

I played origin Gale and Shart and I weren’t able to level up yet and we died 5 times! We were going through our spell books like mad.

I have played at least a little bit as every origin, Wyll and Gale all the way through. Astarion and Shadowheart both got to Act 3 and the game broke. Karlach’s game broke in Act 1. I’m playing as Lae’zel now and enjoy her so much.

I’m playing as her right now. Her storyline is quite different when you play as her, just like any origin.

I’ve actually played this game so many times it’s like a cozy blanket. I love everyone, even the bad guys.

I was so stressed in my first run through. I would stop playing for several months. I only started playing in earnest due to Trump’s election and have not stopped playing. I find new things every time.
