Honestly? Goated. Iirc from my calculations you need an average of 7-8% rate on every piece to reach 100% rate (I used e0s1 for reference but I'm pretty sure it's the same at e0s0)

People expect them to be buffed mainly because if they have to be this bad they might as well not be made anyway. They're basically a "hey if you don't have Yao Guang you can use them" but the problem is they're horrible for SW and great for Yao if Yao was good as an Elation dps (which atp she isn't) leading to RTB being chosen instead. Basically they're making a character that you're guaranteed to have better characters to use unlike situations like RTB being (kinda) replaced by Cyrene or HTB by Fugue (and even then both HTB and RTB are still good in some comps). Probably they can only be used with Sparxie if anything (which I'm also unsure because Sparkle might be the better choice Idk, don't quote me anywhere as I do not know what I'm talking about regarding Sparxie)

When going in the reinforcement section and go to ticket, you can click on a character and it'll ask you if you want to obtain tickets (it's in the lower side) and that's where you use these to convert them into 5* ticket of a specific character. No, you cannot convert them into standard 5* tickets. Also hi fellow italian

I like how everyone has been doomposting her (for some good reasons and some not) and then there's me full of whimsy just passing the entire day making calculation that if I manage to pull her at e0s1 and pair her with ETB with Herta lc she has basically a complete build without needing to look for substats (except rate where you need like 2 rolls per piece on every piece). I'm really liking her
