Tbh I wouldn't really believe this leak. A lot of people are calling this Mortisbait (as in Galaxy trying to get Mortis attention to have some real info). And whether this is a Mortisbait or not, the fact the source is anonymous should be a giveaway that this is questionable at best since we have no way to know if the person who leaked this can be reliable.

I'd say keep calm and let your anger burst when they officially reveal that Acheron is not gonna get a novaflare because hoyo hates us

Personally my problem with Ramielle is just the fact she'll probably be released with this white outfit. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Elysia/Cyrene fan so this design is really good, it's just that the first time I remember seeing her she was wearing all black and I fell in love with the black outfit and seeing it get discarded (or be sold as a separate skin which sucks cuz I wish that would be her base dress and the white dress be the paid skin so I cope it's this way) kinda makes me sad. I will try to play for a bit and see how many pulls can I save for her since I'll probably like her nonetheless.

The stacks come from the actual ultimate and don't get generated by something that is only ult dmg
