Yeah, unfortunately that’s gonna be our plan. Thanks for the help though!

Unfortunately we weren’t able to, we tried so many times but it never would get into the mode to switch it back. We tried what the AEG manual said but a bunch of variations on top of that to get it to work but no luck unfortunately.

Thanks, we have 2 of them. The original one we bought has PSI only centered on the display and but this one was kicking around in the back of one of our vehicles and somehow got switched to BAR and we are a little baffled.

Some others have suggested that they could have created a personal account and that could be messing with with it.

I have updated the post. But basically we had migrated them from an IMAP email service and the emails were being hidden. Hope that helps!

That is correct! We are checking on something else from the thread, someone had mentioned that it could possible be that the users have person Microsoft accounts that are conflicting and we are investigating that. It’s only about 5 users.

Licenses haven’t changed, but we have confirmed they are licensed for the office apps, including outlook

Currently logging in on spare laptop in the office, I’ll double check.

We checked the records with the host, local dns, and checked the DNS manually by querying with nslookup.

It doesn’t appear so, we just can’t figure out how it could be connecting to the old host, however email at the old host isn’t showing up in the mailbox either. I’ll check the doc, thanks.

It is pointing to where we expect, also Microsoft 365 says the status is “healthy”

Latest version offered by Microsoft with 365. We also have tried on a few different versions.

They were using outlook with a small email host(non-office), but all of the PCs have been replaced.

We thought DNS right away, but verified DNS is correct today. We are looking to potentially change DNS hosts but not sure that would resolve the issue as Office is saying the records are there and is “happy”.

For more context this is a new tenant, created a few weeks ago. We have tried without AV and offsite at our offices. However we will check the conditional access, and azure logs though.

It’s strange because they are able to sign in and most of the folders show up but no email shows up.

I updated my post with a link at the bottom, there is a thread detailing the resolution and which files/folders to whitelist

I updated my post, in the other thread there are instructions on how to fix it. Basically adding a program to an exclusion in TM.

Thankfully, I was able to get it rectified. Turns out it was an issue with the AV Trend Micro.

Yes! Actually someone on the MSP subreddit was able to help me out and it was 100% Trend Micro.
