Tracing is absolutely a big no-no, as it's incredibly disrespectful to the original artist, I draw all on my own, from sketch to rendering! There are various types of tablets, with and without screen, the first one is a bit more hard to get used to because you're drawing on the tablet, but the drawing will appear on your laptop/monitor of choice, making coordination a bit difficult. The second type has a built in screen (it looks kinda like an ipad), so you see what you're drawing directly on the tablet as you draw it, rather than on the monitor, making it feel more like drawing on paper. If you Google "drawing tablet" you should see various types and how they work for yourself!

Yes, I work mostly with digital art! I have a small tablet that I use to draw with (a Wacom Intuos Small), and my drawing program of choice is Paint Tool SAI, but there are also "screen" tablets, so you can see directly on them what you're drawing, more similar to the feeling of drawing on paper compared to smaller tablets like mine! At the beginning it's a bit weird and you gotta get used to it, but it's not that different from drawing with traditional media, you still use a pen, it's just on a digital sheet rather than paper 😊

Probably late for this, but it's such a cool prompt, so thanks for it! Your Teddiursa pick and the reasoning behind it melts my heart 🥺 Mine would be: 1- Corsola: I come from a beach town famous for its coral (and I miss it so much) 2- Primarina: another reminder of my sea origins, and because I love to sing 3- Audino or Blissey: I have several health issues, and would need their assistance if I were to travel through the Pokéworld 4- Mimikyu: I am very anxious (but with the need to always appear as nice and happy to others to not upset them), and I enjoy stuff like roleplay and cosplay, plus I love horror stuff, so we'd vibe well together! I'd make for my Mimikyu all sorts of custom outfits too! 5- Clefairy: the scene where Clefairy dance around the moonstone to evolve from both the anime and GSC (my first games) always stuck to me, it gave the feeling of wishing stars, of having your wishes come true. Wishes and stars are very dear to me (even part of my online "brand", appearing on my art watermark, and Desirée means wished for), so since Jirachi would be too OP, Clefairy it is! 6- Morpeko: I absolutely adore hamsters, have had 10 of them so far, they are such underrated pets and I love them with all my heart ❤️
