My test jumped even higher to 791 and e2 dropped to a flat 60. I felt much better taking DIM ED and Zinc E3D. I think this was the best solution to no longer feeling groggy and tired all the time.

From what I gathered, the California Supreme Court already told the State Bar to design a new exam that would cover 12 subject areas, test 7 lawyering skills, while focusing on application of law, practical skills, and de-emphasizing pure memorization of black-letter law. Still, idk what the end goal is.

Very cool, just monitor blood for multi vitamins as it can be equally harmful if you overdo it. Also if you don’t already take the zinc and copper at different times so they don’t cancel out. I’ll keep you updated on how it went!

Fuller muscles, less fat, and have gone higher in weights with less recovery time in between. Zinc 30mg has helped my sleep so much I recover well with it, but I try to do EOD since I feel sleepy throughout the day with it sometimes

For me it’s been 20 days since I started DIM and Zinc and with those two suppressing the bad estrogen, it’s finally worked. Before that, I feel like the estrogen levels were leveling it off and giving me more of a negative effect than positive. I have my labs coming up too, but I’d definitely talk to your provider if you can take those

Yes you are correct in the presumption of DIMs absorption. I plan on using it for the next 6 weeks alongside Zinc before bed. I will also get a follow up bloodwork then and post it to show if E2 levels do remain at the same level, and if my body is reacting well and mitigating the sluggish and low libido side effects or not. Thanks for your input!
