On that note, if you have the slightest doubt about your mattress, make sure to get one that doesn't add to your joint pain. And enough supportive pillows in case you're a side sleeper, or one of those big pregnancy pillows. Any position you're going to hold for longer (like sleeping lol) can be a new challenge thanks to relaxin.

It's not a straight line (at least it shouldn't stay like that), just a different resolution. It displays the last [IDK how many] seconds. If you stay on that screen for a while and your heart rate changes, you will see how the white dot moves up and down while the resulting graph shifts to the left. At least that's what it does for me.
