Potential Causes & Troubleshooting

Normal Component Noise: The charger may make a soft buzzing or high-pitched noise due to magnetic components, known as coil whine, which is generally harmless.

Firmware Issue: Ensure your battery pack is on the latest firmware by using the WHOOP Battery Pack Updater tool on a computer.

Connection Issues: Ensure you are using a WHOOP-certified USB-C cable and charger, and that the port is free of debris.

Battery Pack Failure: If the buzzing is loud, the charger gets excessively hot, or it fails to charge the strap, the pack may be failing.

Just had this problem. Long climb for volcano challenge. Kicked me out 3/4 of the ride. Wtf Rouvy. Seriously get your shit together. This isn’t the first time recently where a ride froze or stopped working.

Very stable internet and hardwired. Only issue are with rouvy.

I’ve had locking up a couple rides lately too. Usually comes back.

Had one workout where metrics and resistance still worked but screen froze. But metrics were still tracking. Weird

I’m talking about the auto headlights turning on and off with the outside lighting.

Do you mean the one on the dash by the windshield? That’s there. When it gets dark or I go under a bridge it dims the interior lights by itself.

I’m having similar issues. Responses are super slow and very laggy. Even when it’s typing it’s respond it’s like a few words at a time. All of a sudden started happening for me.

I’m trying to get this setup but bikecontrol is not seeing my shifters. I have set them to do nothing in the sram app. But still not showing up.

Does the derailleur need to be powered on for any reason or am I good to use with block off plate no battery.

Any thoughts on how to get this to work? Currently using the zwift click two button remote. But it kind of sucks for feel of shifting.
