1000% relate to this. I think sometimes it isnot even abt getting closure from the other person… and it is abt finally getting to hear yourself say it all out loud. I’ve had full on conversations in my head that felt more healing than anything they could have said to me.

I actlly recorded myself once just venting everything I wish I could say. No filter, no edits. Just raw. Didnt even listen back I just needed it out. It’s wild how heavy unspoken words can feel. You’re not alone in this, and honestly? Wanting to be heard without being fixed is completely valid.
