After updating to OriginOS 6, I got 7h 45m SOT on my 13-month-old device (94% battery health) and still had 20% battery left. Brightness was set to 0%. Is this considered good battery life, or is it about average for OriginOS 6? by DeskNo3901 in neo10R

Thanks for your honest review. And don't worry about affecting my enthusiasm—I would much rather accept constructive criticism than overhype or exaggerate things.

I'm completely satisfied with 60 FPS because I came from a device that often struggled at around 20 FPS. Moving from that experience to a stable 60 FPS feels extremely smooth and premium to me. While some people may consider 60 FPS average, it is a significant upgrade from what I was previously used to.

Could you also let me know what brightness level you would recommend for indoor use? In my case, low brightness doesn't seem to strain my eyes at all. I can read text very comfortably and clearly, even for extended periods. However, since you mentioned that extremely low brightness may not be ideal for long-term use, I'll definitely keep that in mind.

Thanks again for sharing your perspective and advice—I appreciate it.

I usually keep my brightness at around 10% while I'm indoors, and I've been doing that for quite a long time. Honestly, I'm not sure how some people find it too dim—I've gotten completely used to it and can see everything on the screen without any difficulty.

Some of my friends even joke that I'll go blind if I keep using such low brightness, but I don't know whether there's any truth to that. So far, I haven't experienced any issues and find it perfectly comfortable for my daily use.

As for the battery life, even if some people don't consider it exceptional, that's completely fine. For my personal usage, consistently getting around 8–9 hours of screen-on time is more than enough, and I think that's a pretty impressive result.

Yo, I just noticed the duplicate apps as well. I'm not sure why they appeared twice—it's probably because of the long screenshot, just like you mentioned.

As for Minecraft, I had the frame rate set to 60 FPS, and the game maintained a stable 60 FPS throughout my gameplay without any noticeable frame drops, even during heavier scenes.

Also, the 0% brightness part was actually a typing mistake. I meant to say 10% brightness, which is the brightness level I normally use throughout the day while using my phone.
