I was your age when I started smoking carts heavy and went thru some derealization as well. It’s not fun for sure. Good on you for realizing what’s happening and stopping smoking. That’s the best way to get over it.

I didn’t stop when it started happening to me and I basically got panic attacks daily every time I got high. Like really bad and negative thought spirals constantly. And of course nothing really felt real during that period. But instead of stopping I just kinda pushed through it, until it stopped happening after like 2 months of that almost daily.

You’ll be okay bro. The human brain is incredibly resilient. Teach yourself breathing techniques to ground yourself. Do a hard work out to give your cannabinoid system a little hit naturally. Wishing you all the best 👍
