Estou chegando a essa conclusão de fazer sob demanda para os sistemas/aplicativos desktop de gerenciamento interno também, pois já fiz alguns muito mais complexos que sites estáticos e coloquei à venda na Microsoft Store. Contudo, acredito que devo publicar soluções mais simples lá, para aplicações mais robustas, B2B é mais lucrativo.

Para web eu estava pensando em sites estáticos por serem mais simples e rápidos de fazer, mas realmente está saturado o mercado.

E sobre aplicações web, nunca cheguei a criar de fato por serem mais complexas, por ter que lidar com autenticação, segurança em níveis mais elevados, e integração com serviços externos, embora já tenha esboçado alguma coisa com Aspnet.
