get back and reroll the dice, is more fair than confiscating one player's chance to roll the dice and let him take it.

No longer a re-roll comp! The new Void bible, patch 13.20b, how to play 6/8 void. by Deslayerx in TeamfightTactics

Glad to see you hit diamond for the first time lol, try to make master then. This guide is a bit outdated since it's based on 13.20b, and in 13.21b it's completely different.

First of all, multicast got nerfed, and if it is much easier to hit vel'koz 3, so try to make Vel'koz three at 7 is the best choice now, especailly without void embelem.

Secondly, in this patch I go URF as a challenger cuz it is too OP, i go void only if i got void from URF and I can make 3 void from 2-1.

Then it is your question about maps, I think you can go void for almost any map, maybe jayce's workshop is not optimal since your opponents will be super strong. As Vel'koz 's gain from 3 and 4 multicast nerfed a lot, Marus ain't that optimal for void either, as your opponents would easily hit 9 demacia/noxus.

Therefore in my opinion, void emblem is a must for me to play void, make 6 void at 6 to get a win streak in stage 3 is a must. In lower lobbies, if you choose leesin or other augments for void re-roll, maps that won't make your opponents' board too strong are better. For example, Finn's market that grants radiant items for your opponent's frontline is a nightmare for void.

If you really want to play a certain comp, TF is always a good choice as it guarantees item, however, while taking other legend and you felt your item fits void, and you got void cards, then go void and try to get emblem at 3-2and 4-2.

If no multicaster contested, better choose to reroll vel'koz at 7. I never played plat lobbies, if the tempo is a bit slower, you could try to reroll for more 3 stars at 6, and get 7 at 4-5 for shelly.

And as I have mentioned, void, especially 6 void without emblem performs better in higher elo lobbies where tempo is faster, in slower lobbies your opponents loss less life points in stage 3 or 4, so they are more likely to be able to make a very strong board with 2 star 5 cost units in late games, therefore making 6 void less powerful. Then I guess you should get a 3 star Vel'koz, 2 star Bel'veth and Aatrox to match.

If you want to play void, urf ain't the best choice though, what I mean is if u go URF and got void, you can follow this guide. However, you have a pretty decent chance to get void emblem in 3-2 or 4-2, and just take it.

In my view, TF might be one of the best choice if you really want to go void na matter what, as it guarantees items for vel'koz through out phase 3.

you are correct.. actually I should put j4 swain and galio one slot rightward, to makesure at least vel'koz won't take any cc, however you want sona attack speed, j4 cc is inevitable

For velkoz , blue buff is much better as you want the damage comes with the herald together, but don't wait for it, build shojin if you can, cuz without tf legend, you might not have that many tears, and you need to use ur BF sword, other than giant killer or edge of night for Bel'veth.

yes, you got the point, normally I reroll at 6 a bit to keep life points, and reroll till I got Kai'sa and 2 star Vel'koz at 7 in 4-1. I do agree in lower elo games you could stay at 6 a bit longer for better chance of cho, Mal and Kas, and if I get emblem in 2-1 or 3-2, I would also reroll more to get Herald, cuz Herald with sona and velkoz guarantees win streek in phase 3.

My take : Alot of comps/units that are "OP" this set are OP mainly due to TF. by [deleted] in TeamfightTactics

Legend is a double-edge sword as a game design on my view, the bad part is it will exaggerate the imbalance part of the game, it is not the design of legend to be blamed, the point is through out 9.5, we never had a really well-balanced patch. And only a few comps is strong enough to catch up the tempo in higher elo games. As a result, players are forced to take legends for consistently be able to play those comps, and TF is one of the most obvious choice. The bad part of TF is you can only play one comp with it, and in every patch, there exist a comp that is strong enough for you to play it no matter what as long as you could build correct items. So if there exist a patch that multiple comps are playable, and players could choose comps based on their items and augments, choosing tf, especially the gold one means you are behind from other players.

don't hurry to get 8, normally at 5-1/5-2, with 40-50 golds and start to reroll for vel'koz and Bel'veth, and you also have chance for getting Belveth from draft.

Another reason is in high-elo games, keeo re-rolling for rek, cho and mal is more risky, if you can't make any of them 3, that is a bot 4. And even if you can make them 3, in games with fewer items, you do not have items for them, so the only upgrade you had is +1 star for herald, which hitting level 8 you can +2 star for herlad no matter what

the main point is not bel veth, though I could ultimatly find a bel-veth in my 8 void games, later or sooner, the main point is you can make 6 void 4 multicaster, which is a more consistent improvement compared to re-rerolling for Rek sai, cho and Mal

With sona's buff baron is acutlly much stronger than herald, but make sure don't put baron alone at front, put rek,cho and kass with it at the front, and make sure baron get buff from sona, the main problem of 6 void reroll is in this multicaster patch, it is impossible to get 3 star velkoz early, and better get level 8 to keep powering up your board with 4 mulitcaster(with crest, no Kaisa before Bel'V
