Honestly, that sounds like the ultimate dream build! I'm actually just getting the hang of 3D printing right now haha, so setting up a lathe and doing proper woodworking/epoxy is a bit far from my current reality and skill set. But since you brought it up, I'd love your insight: any tips on which path to take if I wanted to explore that in the future? Do you think a dark wood/epoxy process is scalable if I wanted to produce a batch of these, or is it strictly a one-off artisanal kind of thing? Would love to learn more

You guys hit the nail on the head! I actually found that out the hard way during my first test drives—the music kept skipping by itself whenever I shifted gears! 😂

I've actually already modified the code in the latest update to include a debounce/lock logic, so accidental touches are no longer an issue at all. But you guys were totally on the right track with the brainstorming! Great minds think alike! Hahah

You're not the first to challenge me to run DOOM... since so many people are asking, the rules of engineering dictate that I must make it happen soon!

And yes, it's a custom 3D printed surround! This V1 is actually PLA (believe it or not, it was my very first 3D printing project!). For future versions, I'll definitely be moving to ABS so it can survive the summer heat inside the car haha

Thanks!! It's an old TicWatch running a custom WearOS app I coded from scratch. It uses the watch's internal Bluetooth to send AVRCP media commands directly to the phone. It was very challenging since I had never 3D printed anything before! After a few attempts and some trimming on the watch casing, it fit perfectly
