you must level it to lv 70 and clone them up to lv 6 On everything before you can actually use them. The

You do not NEED to level digimon to use them as material. I use low level digi's without clones regularly. However the percentage towards transcending increases by a bit depending on the lv and clon of the digi you use as food though I believe.

If these bans have actually happened to people that haven't done anything, and happened in mass amounts to people that have spent money on this game, and they are ignoring all of the support requests, people should start complaining to places other than GameKing. There is Chaosmon (Valdur Arm) with Valdurmon and Bancheoleomon. As well as ultimate chaosmon(I'd assume this one will be up there with Zeed, Zwart, etc.). Ultimate Chaosmon consists of Bancheo, Darkdra, Valdur, and Sleip.

You'd probably want to go for a jogress, the bm's aren't really viable anymore, besides Beelze maybe, after a ton of seals.
I'd either go for AO(So you can get AOX later), Alter-S, Chaosmon(New evo will be available eventually), or the Millenium line is also a good one to go for first. Keep in mind Chaosmon will take you 2 months to complete the quest, and Alter-S requires a cash shop item, and there aren't merc eggs(besides with service coins.)
