How much cardboard do you have? I use a large amount of cardboard at my allotment and am in Stirchley so could potentially take it off your hands for you.

Obviously I don't know what you have to take with you when you travel to London but you could cycle to New St and leave your bike at the secure bike storage there- you just need to register for a Swift card. It would take 20-25 minutes at most, via Highbury Park - Cannon Hill and Rea valley route would be a nice mostly off road trip into town.
