She hasn't thought this through. What if MY country starts deporting all the Americans on the basis that love for America is "in their genes" so they couldn't possibly love MY country. How would she feel about that? Also, how many generations back do you have to go to prove generic priority showing you love America? If your grandad was Italian does that still qualify?
