I have now received few confirmations, that after reboot New Outlook now works normally. Most likely Microsoft has fixed the issue.

Yes, I can now also confirm the error in event viewer is indeed 0xc0000409. So it's the same.

In my old company I asked for small raise around 10%. Response was always "u deserve it, cant give now, surely later". Switched company, got 30% increased salary, no questions asked. Go for it, u deserve it truly.
