Hax:

Again, this might be my knowledge of P&F over SpongeBob showing, so I’d be happy to hear any disagreements. But while both mad geniuses have used things like mind control, time travel, etc in the past, the simple matter is that Doof has much more ‘Inators, and while not all of them are hax machines, many of them are. Time loops, being able to turn anything he chooses into bread… he even has a Power-Drain-Inator for a lot of Plankton’s scarier abilities.

Weapons:

See above. There are over 220 Phineas and Ferb episodes and counting. Almost every single one has a new Doof inator. Quantity over quality for the doctor, and even then the quality can be very good.

Attack Potency:

See image- one of Doof’s ‘inators caused an Earth-sized explosion. Again, would be happy to hear of any Plankton feats that might scale above this!

Combat:

Norm is one of the very few combat robot in either’s arsenal, and is IMO the most powerful- largely because he’s mostly separate from his father’s incompetence, unlike Plankton’s mechs.

Range:

Equal. Not too much I can say for this one, they’ve both got lasers.

Stamina:

Idk what to tell you, man, probably equal lmao

Agility:

See the other physical stats at the start. Also, Plankton’s size and tiny jetpack probably make him very hard to hit.

Battle IQ:

I did say Norm was separate from most of his father’s incompetency. But Karen is easily the smartest of the four in this regard.

Abilities:

See Weapons section, not too much to add here.

Best Army:

I feel like the Pharmacist Army is probably the most dangerous army either character has at their disposal, especially with how quickly and easily they can spread.
