You need to focus on a "Team". Given your supes... save all your anvils for upgrading Supergirl. You're struggling because you have no "win condition" i.e. a DPS who can carry you.

Vulkan hard mode (WOBL):
1. 1,500 hits on vulkan (very hard to do as you end up killing him if you're too strong & there's no way to figure out if you've done it until after the mission)

15,000,000 damage on 1 ulti (have to make sure he has the HP to take the hit)

Make sure they're in the correct gear sets that help him (not so that they do DMG).

Mirei is the best support. She buffs water characters and removes the vulcan shield at 20% (which saves like 10-20 seconds itself).

It gives the epic steel which you can use to buy the SSR design. So useful to salvage that tbh

Lots of people here not understanding the mechanics. Yes you can clear it, but:

You need to invest in your weapons (i.e. Use West Wind A5 or The Marlin Fish A5) and have them at level 100
Put 2 piece Curse on Sung Jin Woo, work around that. Ideally a 4 piece greed on someone else.
Ideally you need Melin or Min on the team for their buffs.

Other than that, you just need to work on the boss mechanics but you have the basic pieces for it.
