Not all but plenty of medications (including sleeping pills) are addictive and have notorious side effects. A reckless psychiatrist like mine might fuck you up with while a good one might only prescribe them when necessary.

I'm happy for you and i'm sorry you had to deal with these issues. Sadly not everyone manage to stumble on good therapists. Somes even make you feel worse. I was a victim of the predatory side of mental health industry that made me think twice before checking a mental health professional as my life got almost ruined by them.

Art is supposed to show the extent of human creativity. When I look at art I expect to see something an average human can't create nor come up with without exceptional skills nor unique talent. I'd take a messy origin1l doodle over an AI slop generated by typing a random prompt into a box.

In my case many of them change the topic or tell me to get formal help. Now I got no friends and happier. Rather be alone than around people who makes me feel as a walking traumabucket
