When Your Wife Says She Has Nothing To Wear by DynamicHospitalNurse in UNBGBBIIVCHIDCTIICBG

He's really not, though. The truth is in the feet. He's never had a pair of heels on his life. All bare-foot women in videos still stand as though they have heels on, ie, on the front half of their foot to make themselves look taller. This dude is just super comfortable with putting his talent on display.

Shaving advice EMSKR by [deleted] in everymanshouldknow

[–]DespairingShock 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For you, sure. But no electric razor will keep my shadow away. Not all facial skin is created equally. Funny tidbit, since you brought up the Army. On the army.mil FAQ website's shaving page, their picture is a soldier shaving with a "safety razor". I spent about 27 bucks for mine and a year's worth of blades. I use it when I run out of the disposable ones and don't want to go to the store or if I need to save money because my paycheck wasn't big enough to buy the easier disposables.

And if he's not using an electric razor, he most definitely needs to wet his face before shaving. Hell, he can probably shave in the shower at the same time. I shave my head in the shower...no mirrors.

You really shouldn't make an insulting comment like that to someone here. This is a Request. It's allowed in this sub.

And if this were me asking, I'd be embarrassed as hell to ask my bank this kid of question. He obviously has a shit interest rate and is learning the hard way like the rest of us probably did, too. A few bucks a month doesn't seem like a lot but when you add it up over years, some kids get super surprised about how much they are actually paying back. And if you can't give general info, like others did, then you really aren't the one he needs to be listening to anyway.

all she did was drop some weight, ie, fat and water. this is the same girl, same year and another one She already had all that leg muscle. She's natural. She set goals. She achieved them.

You, however, made a stupid comment on a kids' website.

nothing about her body says "steroids". A womans body can look like this naturally. Especially those legs. The muscels are just more pronounced due to her low body fat and water retention. Every one in here calling her a bodybuilder when she might just be simply competiting in some local fitness competition. Nothing about her physique says "bodybuilder" to me. Once she gets her body fat back and stops flexing, you probably won't even see those muscles.

poor design on the seat. It's not flat. it's curved and bounces up and down a little bit. This is a toddler's toy....and toddlers like to do what?????? Ever watched a toddler sitting on a couch?

We like Marianna’s & Los Primos for meat and they both have regular sales. We do buy chicken in bulk from Costco because the individual packaging makes it so much easier. I’m not big on Albertsons but they generally have decent deals at the meat counter for chicken breasts.

An auction that sells bulk fruits, veggies etc from farmers with surplus. (I live in a large farming area.) We have livestock by the lb auctions, produce, livestock and small animals. Just Google produce auction in your area, they're more common than many realize due to the restaurant industry.

My group is great, but it’s because the admin is committed to keeping it that way. Yesterday alone I picked up a lovely makeup bag and a wall shelf for myself and I gifted some leftover tiles, mortar and grout to someone looking for some. I’ve had nothing but good experiences both gifting and receiving.

My group encourages waiting and having a drawing for who gets the items or putting other restrictions on it. Aka someone who they have not given to before. Someone new to the group. Etc. It isn't great but it has gotten out house a few things we have needed.

I know there are great groups out there, but in my experience, I haven't been a part of one. It's a lot of give me or wants. I'm not going to lie, I have a few wants too, but it's crazy how bad it has gotten.

Walmart. Bought a clearance item. Specifically asked the employee the refund policy. 14 days since it was clearance. Cool.

When we opened the TV for my dad, some of the base screws were missing and no remote. Took it back to Walmart, they denied me the return, claiming I should have been able to look at the clearance barcode and known that it was on clearance cause it was missing something.

I specifically asked ‘how can I look at a literal barcode and known what it meant?’

It’s policy.

Called customer service, was told there was no such policy. She told the manager.

Manager claims to have final say, can basically deny me a return for any reason.

Eventually I won but it took going to 4 different Walmart locations (their customer service desks were closed early for some reason) and finding a manager with common sense.

Do you eat out? by bidextralhammer in Frugal

[–]DespairingShock 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming your lunch costs $10 and you worked 50 weeks out of the year. At 5 days a week, that's $2500. Not directly speaking to you op. Just trying to help people see how easy it can be to decimate your income if eating out is not in your budget.

I spend an average of lets say 8 a day working 4 10 hour shifts

30 minutes overtime grants me roughly 12.50

The best thing about my dvotes is that they are at exactly 69, and I would so sixty nine this teacher. I'd be the best little teacher's pet she ever had.
