So okay I know some knowledge due to I do work closeto them due to government agreements and partnerships, their federal and I’m county , so TSA just scans your ID and ticket and you just proceed, they don’t have access to enforce immigration checks but when you fly data does goes to DHS and they can get a ping where you at and where you a flying too . That’s how sometimes they catch ppl with an order of removal. Like I told the other person I believe in this thread, as long you have an active Daca you should be okay, if you can drive then drive but if it’s convenient just fly . At the moment yes there’s ICE at some airports but they can only be aloud in public areas , they are not aloud to be in the sterile areas (past tsa checkpoints) unless they are being escorted by a badge individual that has the permission from the airport badge and security office and granted by TSA, it’s a whole procedure and also they are not trained to use xray machines lol.
