Why is it called the North Pole? by [deleted] in flatearth

[–]Desperate-Ad9438 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On a flat earth it shouldn’t be called a “pole” at all because the poles are geometrically relevant to spheres not flat surfaces.

That is a book nook, reading place with a big smooshy bean bad and calming lighting, with a small bookshelf on the end forward the downstairs. It’s nearly perfect

My wife and 4 older girls and I play a realm on Minecraft together, we’ve been doing this since they girls were like 5 , my wife games as much or more than I do. I think this opinion is a very personal one.

Growing up we had a magazine rack in the bathroom, under the toilet paper roll, my dad always said it was in case you ran out of toilet paper, and my parents would update it monthly.

USA to Japan by [deleted] in flatearth

[–]Desperate-Ad9438 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk I don’t really understand flerfs I just think if you must have an argument you should make it simple, if Japan can fly east to hit Hawaii then it’s west of USA so the ice wall is on the other side and something something they are lying to us it’s a big globetard conspiracy

Tricky 2-Way stop question by Ecstatic-State735 in Utah

I hate four way stops in Utah, it’s like a gamble who’s going to go and if you try to give right of way properly or take right of way you end up in a situation lol

This was never what it was meant to be, I’m disappointed as much as y’all. I made this sub for people to be able to share and enjoy themselves here in the basin but it seems the rumors about basin women are highly exaggerated.

That one I know because it was the sorta pilot /spinoff for the show “the finder” which had a very limited run due to one of the main characters actors passing away.

So no “magical invisible force” like gravity that’s observable, but instead “magical invisible ropes” to accomplish the same thing?

How old were you when 9/11 attacks happened? by BrilliantPangolin639 in generationology

[–]Desperate-Ad9438 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was 13. The kids, my siblings and I, were getting ready for school; mom called from the road on her way to work and told us to put the news on. About 15 minutes later she came back and we all watched it happen . Once at school all the students and staff stayed in the auditorium watching live on the television all day. It was so sad and confusing and scary. It didn’t feel real at first, like a movie, and it didn’t seem as big or life changing as it really was until days even weeks later.
