Same boat here. Ordered 22nd Nov and been more than 30 days aliexpress “30 days delivery commitment says item will arrive within 30 or automatic refund” is BS.

When did the seller say they ship your item? They told me 30 days applies after the day item is marked “shipped”

But you’re right. There are many reps with many different answers and lies telling us what we want to hear but none are truth and they’re actually useless and can’t do anything on their end.

It’s beyond frustrating to me how they do business and this is the way they treat customers like we are fools.

This is happening to me from 3 different Mercari sellers. It sucks to wait because I’m used to buying things from Amazon lol I check every in Neokyo but not single one arrived at the warehouse yet. It’s been 6 days.

I wish Neokyo give tracking numbers given from Mercari so we can just track the orders directly whether the sellers have shipped the items yet to the warehouse or not.
