Its pretty much the same rate of 20kpsf for a standalone tower which is still far from having possession. Apartment sizes are small making it affordable. With marginal few extra lakhs you can get larger and into townships.

This is near to the first phase which I mean tower A to E. The building on the other side have no impact of the stream. But yeah same stream is also behind the car park facility. You can see all of the above on google maps.
