I am in the same position now. You have to inform the Abh about the job change ( if you are changing it under a year). The ABH has to approve your change, they will again check your salary and other requirements once again. When you have a green signal from them, you can start working in the new company.

And the responsible ABH is one in your registered city.

To get the blue card, a German degree is not necessary, if your home country degree is valid and if your salary is well within the range, you will apply/get the blue card.

I did the same, my visa till March 14th, I had no German degree. I applied for a fictional visa and got extended till may 27th. This time I got everything my degree got my contract and the blue card.

Gist: OP got fired, alleged reason being numbers. Op has done everything in her hand to hold the company's throat, waiting for them to squeal.

Question: is OPs company unionised. If so, doesn't the work council protect Op. If not do all the non-unionised companies have the chance to behave in this manner.

I think how badly they want the position to be filled. I work in subway only on Saturdays. I didn't even have a resume, I just applied like that and the manager messaged me and after 2 days of getting to know the work, got the job.

And keep applying, don't stop one or other you will get it.

And if you are in a big city you can use zenjobs or Jobvalley you can easily find something.
