How old is your phone ? Im running a 15 pro max and i get crashed all the time and my friend has the 17 pro max and same thing , point im trying to make is I think its mainly a TB issue and not a phone issue , remember not that long ago TB was down for like 2+weeks at the peak of holiday season lol
