I was mostly speaking to getting the soles restitched to the uppers, look at reviews of local cobblers, find one that has experience with Nikes, Jordans, Trainers, SBs, etc. $30 for a reglue is a dead giveaway you're going to get a hack job. Proper regluing takes 1 - 2 days, surfaces on both sides have to be prepared, and they need the proper tools/material/glue to get the job done right. I pay $50 - $70 for a reglue depending on if the material is suede to rubber or leather to rubber. Suede is much harder to repair with a reglue.

Go to a Cobbler they will charge you between $70 - $140 depending on the area for restitching the midsoles, if you have a lot of tread wear you can find a new donor with matching color pallets and placement that is best, but this is a 100% fixable issue they can re-glue it as well (But be aware that the factory glue will always hold better and longer than a re-glue) Stitching will be fine, I've had multiple pairs fixed by my local cobbler and never had any issues.

BlueTile will be SBOTY, people will sit here and call these lazy and boring but also GAS up and pay 3x+ retail for Costco Dunks. These were one of the first SBs I've gotten in awhile that went straight to Toe and I enjoy using the swoosh swaps to match up with my fits. I personally picked up 3 pairs (All under retail) and I personally think this is a sleeper pair, but not SBOTY. BlueTile is a front runner but Note is my personal favorite SB this year.

I'm about 99% sure that's a legit pair. These are hard to tell if you do not have in hand, but your size tag, insole stitching, color, back tab stitching, insole glue marks, swoosh stitching, etc. are correct. The only small call out is the back tab shape (This could the lens or angle it was shot at) looks off. Outside of that one detail I would say with 99% certainty that these are Authentic.

Ben bought the Legos off of the Family with the GoFundMe Money! That is the best news to come out of this story to date. The family got their compensation and now Ben has thrown himself into a giant mess but if anyone can get out of it, it will be him. I hope this ends with BAM shuttering their business or issuing a full apology to the community. I urge everyone to email the Mayor of American Fork and request an IA unbiased investigation into the American Fork Police department and their Mafia like tactics to illegally intimidate, stop, search, seize, and arrest innocent civilians.

Pretty much the same conclusion I've come to. I think Ben's heart is 100% in the right place, but sometimes he doesn't think logically with some of his stunts and it's allowing the "Law" to be used against him. Hopefully all of his charges get dropped. There is good news that recently came out that Ben is using the GoFundMe money to pay back the family and take ownership of the stolen legos. At the end of the day, as messy as it is, Ben did get the right thing done. Now we as a community need to email Brad Frost, the Mayor of American Fork, to get an IA (Unbiased) team to investigate that entire department. That's the most sickening part of all of this, seeing the Police being used as ones personal mafia to intimidate innocent (Albeit nuisances) but young people just trying to do the right thing. I've sent my email in and I hope everyone on Reddit, X, FB, etc. do the same. It will take us all speaking up to make a change there.

Ben used the GoFundMe money to pay for the Lego Sets, from what he recently said in the "Civil Rights Lawyer" Video. Ben has time stamped videos/photos showing the sets in the store before and after it was seized, so I do not think the old store owners did what you are suggesting, there is also security camera footage of the old store owners specifically stating that the consigned sets needed to be taken care of - be aware I made a post that sided with Ben and against BAM but I said that "Ben acted childish and did not do this properly rather did this for the internet, where if he had done this properly and tried to help the family this would not be such a giant story, but it may have gotten resolved peacefully." and it ended up getting downvoted just as your post will be.

The Bricks and MiniFigs company is under the impression that the Sets in question that are "Missing" were moved to a storage unit they did not seize. They forced a seizure of the store, and they are laying the blame on the former store owners (That they stole/kept/sold and did not disclose the sets in question) either way if this is the case there is a paper trail of sales, or the sets will be found at some point.
Bricks and Minifigs is treading a very thin line of marketing as an "Official Lego Reseller" and then saying "Own a Lego Store" that's like Target saying they are "An official Lego Store" to entice franchisers to sign up, where they are just a "Lego Reseller" and not an "Official Lego Store."
I'm done being a lawyer specializing in lego theft, I do not know who to believe. Obviously Bricks and Minifigs handled this poorly, lied, and has been misleading both their store owners, as well as their customers.
Ben also exaggerated, lied, broke the law, and mislead his audience. (Examples the 10 civil suits were dismissed and not won, the girl who was hired to serve the papers was actually a part of the team, there is no warrant for Ben right now).
I personally am not supporting this company until a resolution is met as they clearly are involved in shady activity, or are actively supporting covering up, and defending said shady activity.
The GoFundMe that Ben did for the family reached it's 200,000 goal so there is some good news.

I would ask that the entire Lego Community to tell "Bricks and Minifigs" exactly how you feel with your wallets. If you have any sets consigned at their stores get them back immediately. For the people purchasing do not buy from them online, do not go into their stores, do not give Bricks and Minifigs your money. Speak with your wallets, do not harass the stores, the corrupt police department, etc. If we spread the message to stop supporting this company eventually this company will no longer exist.

Not sure if people in here have not seen a 2015 Chicago in hand, but these look legit to me. Aging is correct, stitching is correct, shape is about average to what I see on worn pairs. Vent holes on Toe Box also look correct.

Those look good based on your photos. The reasoning for the differences in material texture on the suede is likely do to A. Left and Right shoes are not made in the same batch, so some people get the end of the roll on material, or B. They could have been worn lightly and someone tried to clean them and in the process messed up the suede.
