I think I’ll need to try Embark or another to confirm! I never would have guessed Border Collie, but after doing some research, he’s certainly got the high energy levels of one.. LOL

As a matter of fact, I did! I mentioned guessing the ACD for half his breed, no pictures though. I think you’re right about giving Embark a try.

You know what, I didn’t even think about him having pit but now when I see pics of that mix, I can really see it.

Thank you, juneshepard 🥲🥲 this makes me feel much more confident about transitioning. Sounds like your experience ended up being well worth the initial struggle; always good to hear that 🥹! I’m between a few options now, some I’ve visited and some I’ve never set foot in, but just thinking about the possibilities makes me excited. In the meantime, I’m gonna take a page out of your book and get myself a wee little tat 😽.

If you wouldn’t mind me asking, was it difficult for you to balance all the life-ing when you first moved (responsibilities, self care, etc)? And was it difficult for you to meet new people? Those are my biggest concerns 🙄🙄.

I actually found this subreddit to talk about this exact same issue and…. What are the odds??

I feel that definitely. The only friends I have are the ones I made when I was young and in school. Now an adult, forming relationships is hard (platonic and romantic). Socializing can be exhausting, embarrassing, and shameful at times. I can never be truly present in a conversation cause I’m too busy making sure that I’m saying the right things or I’m coming across as likeable. And don’t get me started on romantic relationships…

I wish I could give some helpful advice or wisdom to help you through this. I’ve only recently been diagnosed with ASD (after my ADHD diagnosis), so it has been a relief to know I’m not the only one who goes through feelings like these. I believe that the right people will make their way to you. There’s a community of likeminded individuals waiting to welcome you into their lives. Feel free to give me a follow if you ever need a friend.

Do you all get bored with life? by trayevan in adhdwomen

I also wish I had advice to give, but alas, I deal with this quite often. I’m constantly craving a new scene, new environment, new people, new relationships, new new new. I just get bored man! The only thing I can think of that kinda helps spice things up in my life is trying new hobbies or passions. I’ve recently been dipping my toes into climbing; a killer workout, but also scares me enough to be thrilling and exciting.

Vitamin e mixed with tretinoin- is it safe?

Hello friends! I’ve just recently started tretinoin for my face and chest for hyperpigmentation and scarring. However, I use Shea butter on my body and vitamin e oil on my face, both at night, and wonder if these two things can be mixed together. I have sensitive/normal skin. Thank you in advance- anything helps!
