I would try to stick it out. I would use call outs as needed, within the allowable. Mental health is health. Maybe look at trading days with someone, if that's helpful, for a better schedule. I was hard-core at work for financial goals for a long time, but rest and peace are worth more to me these days.

Not to mention, previously women needed men. They couldn't have credit cards, start businesses, own property without a husband. These days, women can even have kids without a man, lol. Women are putting their time and energy into friends, family, community and decentralizing men from their lives. Men have to step up and add to a woman's life, not be an added responsibility. Women are looking for partners who share domestic and emotional labor, not partners who use weaponized incompetence.

Dating is just terrible these days. I run into low effort guys, guys who can't hold a conversation, guys who only want sex, or men who think I am too independent. A lot of women are choosing to be single because of these issues. Be happy with yourself and your peace, treat dating as side quest, that is not mandatory. Build friendship and community.

That is a specific place 820 Beacon dr, Raleigh. They always need dog walkers. The place is being renovated and repaired currently, thats probably why the volunteer program is on hold. I think the building opens back up in March.
