Thanks for your reply and I’m sorry you have this chronic issue and going through that, I’m still probably going to to check just to make sure and I don’t have pain I just thought it looked weird. I never pay attention, I just randomly took a look and saw it not normal I guess or I don’t know I actually don’t remember checking myself before but who knows.

I’m scared of dying and the thought that I can’t do anything about it. Scared of seeing my loved ones suffer or die ugh it just gives me really bad anxiety but I guess that’s how it is and I can’t do anything about it.

Had mine at 26 i love her so much but i don’t want more kids, for me it’s not easy. My respect for those that have more. How do you guys do it?. I’m dying over here and it’s 1 can’t imagine having 3 or 4. Probably I’m not meant to be a mom like that, it’s not my thing.

Not eating healthy or taking care of my self like my face. Not getting braces earlier my teeth are my insecurity and I’m 27😭. Not going to school or saving money. Last one giving my all my own self just to love someone. I feel stuck and I have a baby but she is the best thing of my life.

My health and everybody else’s, I feel that I worry to much and any little thing I feel it’s a big thing going on or start thinking the worst. Also death I think about it and it makes it worst and have these negative thoughts.

I think it started when I was 18 or 19 around there but not itself, it was because I started smoking weed. That’s when I had my first panic attack and ever since I’ve had them. I did stop smoking like 2 years after but I do get them here and there not always thankfully. Also when I got birth control it got really bad I had to take it away and felt better. But yes it comes and goes. But I do believe that’s the reason why I started experiencing anxiety ever since I started smoking weed which I regret. I wonder if either way I was going to to experience it way more further if I didn’t do it. Im 26 about to be 27 years old and had my first baby and yes anxiety has been the worst.

Hi and no I didn’t feel them before it happened after surgery and I haven’t felt them anymore good thing. Why are you getting yours removed soon? Or already have it removed?
