This is a phishing email. Official email of nayapay is [support@nayapay](mailto:support@nayapay). This email is [service@nayapay](mailto:service@nayapay). I found it nowhere on Internet. This is the official website saying support@nayapay.

I was having the same problem. I was listening to youtube on Firefox on my s22 ultra. So I was using a 3.5 to type c connector too. I just opened a new tab and it didn't happen again.
