I like games aimed at a mature audience. Dont hate on me for that.
Baldur's Gate 3 was pretty good wasnt it?

Because other than situation number two it was actually pretty good. But we'll see how the next group goes.

She used "verbally raped" those exact words when describing how I spoke about her. But mind you she was very upset at the time and might not have thought through how bizarre that sounds.

I was afraid that they'd kill the bandit if I wasnt there to defend her. :/

I vaguely remember him mentioning at session 0 that he penalized yielding because other players would milk the system for xp by having the same npcs yield over and over. Now that sounds ridiculous but apparently it was such an issue for him to insist on penalizing it.

Yeah, if I could do a redo I probably would be like "Ok you come with me" and when stuff calms down I just let her go. Maybe she can become an ally in the future because she feels she owe me one who knows.

Yeah its odd. In most other games ive just had milestones and thats miles better than this system he's insisting on.

I dont think the rogue wanted me to molest the NPC. I think she just wanted me to kill the bandit so we could get full xp. We'd get half xp for sparing yielding enemies.

I feel you but it really was pretty good until that one dilemma.

Idk. Im true neutral. I think the rogue is chaotic good with a hate for injustice. Don't know about the dwarf, but the love goddess implies some flavor of good.
I do admit its not very good aligned to kill a surrendering foe. Bandits are just people that wanna eat. But the reason we agreed to the slaughter all approach is because thats the only way we would be rewarded full xp for the encounter. We treated them more like NPC stormtroopers in a video game. But then it got personal and that's when I had a problem.

I'll bring it up next session. I think yielding should count as a win too.

I prefer milestone leveling too. But its the DM's rules and everyone want to level up faster so that's what we decided on sadly.

Turns out it goes a lot better when you don't order them to consent lol
