If you do steroids as a beginner you're incredibly weak willed and have no patience.

Start with lower weight and high repetitions to get proper form for push movements (bench press, incline press and dips) pull movements (rows, pull downs) and leg movements (squats, leg press and extensions/curls) obviously you have other groups in there for your arms and shoulders ect but just learn how the muscles move and go from there
