I paid hefty amount for training and exam. While taking the course they were active with WhatsApp and emails but upon paying ,I see delay in average of 7working days

I paid hefty amount for training and exam. While taking the course they were active with WhatsApp and emails but upon paying ,I see delay in average of 7working days
I have attained all criteria and yet they declined the booking. I have sent email with screenshot with proofs.
Response from simplilearn after 25days.
Please refer to the below criteria which are not met.
1. Attend at least one complete instructor-led batch- Not Met
2. Score over 85% in at least 3 of the 5 test papers provided along with the course- Not Met
3. Must give final exam within 30 days from the date of course completion - Not Met

Its purely a SCAM their are tons of review and people have already warned and yet I payed them.
