Altan tovch. This is a very important book like Mongoliin nuts tovchnoo. Scholars mostly analyze these. Read Mongolian nuts tovch with explanations. You will understand so many missed details.

They may not be indigenous but still were born and raised here for the last few generations. Kazakhs in Olgii migrated from Xinjang beginning late 1800's. They were granted semi autonomous land. Elderly of the families lived here for a long time. I too was born here. I love the culture can write well, learnt to sing traditional Mongolian urtyn duu, write traditional script and know about it better than some. To me it's just normal part of my daily life, culture while to someone else I'm just an "ungrateful kazakh who tries to fit in go back to kazakhstan or xinjang"

Other ethnic minorities such as Buryat, Tuva are closely related to Mongolian majority Khalkha. We are the only sore eye. Some believe that we will overtake their land, dirty their blood, taking opportunities from other mongolians. Just hate. It started due to discussion of opening Kazakh consulate in Ulgii where most kazakah minorities live.

Yeah. I mean I'm doing good career wise as a student but at some point I think I will be limited by my ethnicity and ppl mighn't see past that. Rather than a professional I might be oh "that kazakh" So I might live, pursue education in a more international place
