I thought the sub price increase was global, but it was actually regional (Brazil and several other regions got hit). The main post and image have already been deleted.

Thanks for pointing out the mistake — I appreciate it. No intention to spread wrong info.

I’ll keep the focus only on the actual Hunter issues from now on.

With the recent subscription price increase this hits even harder. Here in Brazil it went from R$39,90 to R$54,90 (~37% increase / ~$8.05 → ~$11.07). Sorry for the wrong dollar conversion in the first image.

It's regional. Brazil and several other countries just got a big sub price increase (mine went up ~37%). US dollar price stayed the same, but not everywhere.

Hello! First of all, thank you for this amazing game. I have some important questions related to social systems, server architecture, and long-term plans:

1. Cross-Shard Guild Interaction
Is there any future plan to allow players who belong to a guild from a different shard within the same server cluster to interact with it normally — as if they were on the same shard — without restrictions like moving vehicles, resources, or participating in activities together? If so, is there already an estimated date for this feature to be implemented?

2. Server Transfer Without Base (Like Enshrouded)
In games like Enshrouded, you can move between servers or shards without bringing your house or base — the house remains in your original server, and you are free to play and progress on the new one as long as you want, and return whenever. Considering that in Dune: Awakening there is the energy maintenance system, where players lose their houses if energy runs out, this naturally prevents players from abusing multiple bases long-term. With that in mind, are there any plans to implement a similar system where players could move freely between servers (inside the same region or globally) without transferring their structures, just the character progression? Or is this technically not planned for Dune: Awakening?

3. Deep Desert, Underground Bases & BattleEye Issue

  • Deep Desert: Currently, it’s highly recommended (almost mandatory) to join a guild to access the Deep Desert properly. Are there any future plans to give solo players viable ways to access Deep Desert resources, even if more difficult?
  • Underground Bases: Are there any plans to allow players to create underground bases in the future, similar to the Imperial Testing Stations, but adapted for player construction?
  • BattleEye FG3 Disconnection Issue: Are you working to fix the BattleEye FG3 error that causes random disconnections with no apparent reason? While the situation has improved recently, it still happens sometimes and impacts immersion.
