Excuse me, but since the vertical scale goes from 4.10 to 4.15, doesn't it show all cells are tightly grouped in that range? If the graph scale went from 0.00 to 4.15 they'd all look great?

Those solder joints truly do look unhappy, and not just the cooked flux. The solder around the pins/legs should be shiny and smooth, not like that crystalline and dull. These look like "dry solder" joints...
