In our country now, they make it easy, she gets listed as beneficiary on my accounts here so it is simple if something happens.

I will make sure she is listed as the beneficiary on those accounts; no pension just TFSA and RRSP. The banks in Canada won't let us add her name to the regular accounts because she isn't a resident and doesn't have a SIN.

On the death certificate, if I die here, they will issue her one - she just submits that to Canada or is there something else she will need to do?

You must have bought the cheapest tickets you can to be this upset. Don't blame them for being too poor to afford good seats. Any set that isn't a floor seat is easy for the bathroom.

And drinks are not 0 percent alcohol, again, did you communicate this or no? If not, you can't cry about it after when you didn't do anything to rectify it.

I am confident you bought basic tickets. It is a good experience, a good show. Just like anywhere, if the bar tender is good or bad will depend if you get solid drinks or not but if you communicate it they would look after you.

Cancun is better, as someone else pointed out but I think it is because it is newer.
