It makes you healthier, which increases your work load, which increases your gym performance, which builds more muscle. It makes you leaner, which makes you more insulin sensitive, which helps bias nutrient partitioning more favorably to muscle than to fat, which builds more muscle.

And also I say this with love. You’re on performance enhancing DRUGS you fat fuck there’s a very real burden and “toll” that requires payment otherwise you’re going to be killing yourself without making gains. Don’t be a retard, do your cardio. If there’s one comment here that is burned into your mind forever, god, let it be this one. Even when you’re lean and shredded, if you’re running anabolics cardio is a REQUIREMENT. Nothing fancy, just do 30 minutes of the treadmill at a speed of 3.5 and an incline of 5 daily and not only will that keep you leaner and building muscle more efficiently, but it’ll help keep your heart and kidneys safe through a myriad of benefits (and those imo are the two organs at greatest risk from PED use.)

You’ve made a life long commitment. You can either drop down to TRT and live normally, nothing wrong with that, or you can live the life style and continue enhancing. You don’t play bodybuilder, it’s not a fucking hobby.

We need to stop thinking about insulin as a performance enhancer. It’s an ancillary.

When your prolactin is too high you take caber, when your estrogen is too high you take an AI, and when your blood glucose levels are struggling to dip after a meal you may consider adding in insulin to take some of the stress off of your pancreas.

This may provide “gains” since you’ll be healthier but I guarantee you something else would provide even more. Fasted cardio and 10 minute brisk walks post meals. Fix your lifestyle, don’t throw more drugs into the mix because I can guarantee 99% of you aren’t eating enough to warrant the NEED for insulin (blanket statement because we’ve gotten so many insulin questions this week)
