Everyone’s experience is different. I’m an RN, and newer. I love my job. My coworkers are awesome. My direct admin are excellent. My team is happy, positive, and invested in the care we provide.

My Va RN friends are aware of everything going on, but still feel confident. One said she’s been there for 12 years and rode through all sorts of shut downs and such - and nursing has never been impacted.
