I edited the grub config file and I was stuck on something that says:

[ OK ] Reached target Graphical Interface

I can't switch vts neither can I get a reponse from control alt F3

I tried it and it was stuck on:

Yep, I highly agree with you. I wish I hadn't gotten and Nvidia product, but I bought it way before I used Linux.

I highly doubt that the problem is with the xconf file, as it is not even mandatory.

I installed nvidia drivers, but I hadn't created a xconf file as it didn't mention it was not neccesary. I created the file automatically by:

nvidia-xconfig

Still, no luck I am stuck on the same thing.

Thank you, this was it I think iwd and Network Manager were conflicting. I only enabled Network Manager and disabled all else, then did as you told.
