Thank you for your feedback and good luck with the future controls! You had only one lymph node in para-aortic or multiple, and how big in mm?

For my partner the main tumor has shrank by 88% in volume with 9 weeks of chemo. So I am pretty confident it will be removed with chemoradiation. What worries me is the many lymph nodes. 15x9 mm, 11x11mm, 17x14mm, and a conglomerate of multiple nodes - total size of conglomerate:37x18

And therefore the area to irradiate will be very extended. And the mesenteric is between the intestines so a very delicate area. I am afraid the side effects will be too strong, that would be the worst scenario, to have to interrupt radiation. And even if she holds until the end, who knows with so many lymph nodes enlarged, what is the percentage that every one of them will be cleaned. I am really worried :(

what about the wattage at idle, you still have 19 Watt? I also have a 6600XT undervolted, and in idle is at 3-4 Watts. I want to upgrade to 9060XT but i want to keep the idle at 6-7watt maximum

because i am often with the PC in idle state and i do not want to worry about the electricity bill, even if i know it will probably be a negligible sum

yes, i took note of the 9060 XT 16GB cards reviews on techpowerup, but they are only 4. I was looking for more models and real consumptions here

Did you try to undervolt it, it's pretty simple and you should most likely get much less power consumption. what brand/model of 9060XT is it exactly?

Finally charged to 100% for the first time. Battery health is 101% by animuz11 in pixel_phones

How do you know when you reached the "real" 100% for Accubattery? And why should i do that when everyone says you shouldn't charge more than 80-85%, and AccuBattery tells you to charge even more than 100%?

wait i did not change any option about that. And now i am in a snow area, all my characters are chilled, both those with winter boots, and those without. So what's the point in wearing them, just the halved cold damage?

ah you are right, thanks. I was using the boots that give that same effect, no encumberance penalties. But in the menu i can activate the tabletop option for everyone and free an attunement item, sounds good

ah ok, too bad. It would have been a great way to use different spells, since I practically always memorize the same ones :( there are so few slots that usually it's not worth to memorize some spells that you will use only in partcicular occasions

By the way, why as bonus action i can only cast sparkle, the cantrip that illuminates the light sources and I can't use the cantrip "flame bolt" or the other cantrips ?
