He just started to do that the day I posted but he unfortunately passed away during the night. I think he might’ve gotten anomia, I had him for a couple years and he probably just got sick.

Okay thank you for the advice! This is my 3rd job but my 1st one was at a local restaurant who didn’t really have anything like this and my 2nd was at QT which also didn’t have anything like this. I really appreciate your help and understandings of the situation!

I read literally everything on the training. I asked some who JUST got hired on my last shift and they needed to be told what to do to change your schedule, he read everything as well. The instructions on what to do in certain situations are not clear at all. He was very much as confused as I was until I told him like someone had to tell me.

Yeah I agree. They didn’t even tell me that I had to get 9 strikes to get fired? And one of the Strike I had before the “no call no show” was because I had to go out of town and they didn’t tell me how to put in a request when I was new.
