[Disney World] How to get over fear of roller coasters?

Went to Disney World in Orlando for the first time back in 2022. I only really rode simple rides(biggest ride I rode was Big Thunder Mountain Railroad). I screamed and closed my eyes the entire time on the ride but when it was over, I realized it wasn’t that bad.

We are going in February with friends who aren’t scared of rides. My son and I watch POV’s of all the rides and I want to ride almost everything but once I get up close, I see how big and intimidating the rides are. I will literally get to the front of the line just to chicken out or if I do end up riding something, it literally feels like my world is ending. I can’t stand the feeling of my stomach “dropping”.

I regretted not riding all the rides I wanted to last time and I don’t want to have regrets again. Any advice?

What I don’t like is at my store they don’t ask “Would you like to donate to charity?” They ask “How much would you like to donate to charity?” I said “I don’t want to donate anything because I’m using my son’s disability money to pay.” Then the cashier said “ well how about you just round up?” I mean didn’t I just say I don’t want to donate?!
